The Chicago Hockey Initiative will host our annual Bowling Classic on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at historic Timber Lanes from 2:00-5:30 PM. The 2017 CHI Bowling Classic will benefit the CHI Microgrant Program, which provides direct financial assistance to under-resourced youth hockey players to offset the cost of equipment, ice time, instruction, and league fees. Capital One is our primary corporate sponsor and we greatly appreciate their suport of our programming.
The 2017 Chicago Bowling Classic will feature three hours of bowling for full lane reservations or individual bowlers and select unlimited beverages for all ticketed attendees. Additional attractions include a silent auction featuring autographed Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Cubs memorabilia, competitions for prizes, and a complimentary Chicago-style hot dog bar.
There are a number of ways to support the CHI through the 2017 Bowling Classic. Full lanes can be purchased for a donation of $300, or individual bowlers can purchase tickets for $60. Full lane and individual ticket purchases include complimentary beverages and bowling shoe rentals. CHI supporters who do not wish to bowl may purchase beverage-only packages for $30. If CHI supporters are unable to attend, direct donations would be a wonderful gift in lieu of event attendance. Donations may be made via PayPal at www.chicagohockeyinitiative.org.
