Wine + Cassoulet Prix Fixe Dinner

Once again our annual cassoulet weekend culminates in a wine (+ Calvados!) cassoulet dinner. We'll have five dishes paired with wine/spirits (subject to change):

1st course - Local Greens with Caraway Roasted Apples and Dijon-Cider Dressing paired with Domain Dupont Cidre

2nd course - Veggie Cassoulet with Roasted Root Vegetable Ragout paired with a wine from Shinn Estates (Long Island) and/or the Languedoc region of France

3rd course - Classic Cassoulet with Fines Herbes Salad paired with a wine from Shinn Estates (Long Island) and/or the Languedoc region of France

4th course - American-Style Cassoulet with Kale in Lemon and Olive Oil paired with a wine from Shinn Estates (Long Island) and/or the Languedoc region of France

Dessert - Rye Crepes with Apple Butter and Salted Caramel paired with Domaine Dupont's Calvados

This event sold out the past two years, which is why we're putting it up now for early sales!

Note that we start promptly at 7 p.m. Latecomers may not be able to repeat a dish. Menu is subject to change. And all sales are final.
