What is breathwork?
During this class series you'll learn simple and powerful breathing techniques to increase your energy level and shift out of feeling stuck or overwhelmed into an overall feeling of aliveness, calm and rejuventation. You'll learn how to add them into your daily routine - practicing them regularly will completely transform your everyday life.

How does it work?
We spend most of the day engaged in short, shallow breathing due to our often stressful and busy daily lives. Check it out for yourself, how is your breathing right now?
Within minutes of practicing conscious breathing, you'll feel calm and rejuvenated, which can last for hours or even days later. Conscious breathwork is so powerful because it shifts you out of fight or flight breathing into centered, relaxed breathing. Your whole world looks different when you come from a centered easeful state.

Each week you will learn a new way to use your breathing to bring about positive results in your body, mind and life relationships. Sessions build on each other to fully integrate this work into your everyday life.

Session 1: Conscious Breathing Basics - Grounding and Energizing

Did you know that you can use your breathing to release anxiety, stress and feeling like you're just 'going through the motions' in your life?
Our first session will explore how to tap into the power of your breath. The more you practice, the more your life begins to flow smoother and the more energy you experience each day. Here's the science: in using these specific breathing techniques, you relieve your sympathetic 'fight-or-flight' nervous system from it's often overloaded state. This allows you to spend more time each day living from your parasympathetic 'relaxed-and-alert' nervous system. Grounding and energizing.

Session 2: Awakening Bliss - Expanding Your Level Of Joy

What was the most deeply blissful experience you ever had? What if I told you that you could experience that same bliss every single day? Every single breath?
As we build up our breathing practice, bliss comes more easily and naturally to us. We'll begin expanding toward positive experiences in our everday life.

Session 3: Emotional Intelligence - Loving All Parts Of You

Have you experienced loving yourself for something you previously couldn't stand about yourself?
This experience is totally transformational and affirms that as humans, we are loving at the core. Life happens, emotions happen, losses happen. This session will focus on using your breathing to flow through life situations, difficult or joyful and turn all of our emotions into beautiful experiences that connect us deeper with ourselves and each other.

Session 4: Living In Appreciation - Owning Your Power

How would you like to live free from blame and criticism and enjoy your life all around? Learning to live in appreciation has radically transformed my life. In fact it has created so much positive change that I take time out of my day each morning to appreciate myself and my world. We'll build further on how to weave the impactful benefits of appreciation into conscious breathing, so that each breath becomes a reminder of how beautiful life is. Each breath becomes your ally for evolving into your most expanded self.

Session 5: Creating Your Dreams - Manifesting With Ease

If you had the power to create any one thing in your life, anything at all within the limits of physics, what would you create? A loving relationship? That one job that seems impossible? Dream big.

We are practicing manifestation all the time. In fact you might say we are manifestation machines. We walk around all day creating things, just look in your bedroom and notice how none other than you brought all of those things into your life. You are a well trained manifestation wizard, and once you learn how to manifest consciously, you'll move in the life directions you most deeply want much more quickly. When you achieve your visions and goals from your heart's heart, all of humanity benefits.
During this session we'll practice manifestation in combination with conscious breathing. Unconscious manifestation is like driving on tiny country roads. Conscious manifestation is like getting on the highway. Breathing into conscious manifestation is like adding rocket fuel to your Honda Civic.
