MCRC's 2014 Consumer Awards Dinner

MCRC's Annual Awards Dinner is Maryland's largest annual celebration of consumer rights and of Maryland's champions of consumer protection.

This year we're proud to honor:

-- Mark Kaufman -- Former Maryland's Commissioner of Financial Regulation, now counselor for the U.S. Treasury Dept. -- Consumer Advocate of the Year
-- Delegate Steve Lafferty -- Delegate from MD's 42nd District -- Legislative Achievement of the Year
-- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau -- the new federal agency working to protect consumers from financial predators -- Federal Champion of the Year
-- Louise Carwell -- Maryland Legal Aid Bureau -- Legal Champion of the Year
