Once Upon A Mattress KRHS
The popular fairy tale "The Princess & the Pea" told with a twist! Lady Larken is in trouble, Sir Harry wants to do the right thing, but no one in the kingdom can marry until a proper princess is found to marry Prince Dauntless. However, his mother - The Queen - is committed to keeping her little boy by mommy's side forever and no princess is ever good enough. Until Sir Harry brings back a very unlikely candidate. Will they fall in love? Will the Queen approve? Can anyone in the kingdom ever get married? And what happens to Lady Larken and Sir Harry? This exciting tale unfolds in song & dance on stage with a live orchestra all played by our own talented KRHS students.
