AAHP: Hear Results of County's Community Health Needs Assessment
The African American Health Program Executive Coalition will be hosting a "Session with Healthy Montgomery" on Thursday, October 13, 2016 beginning at 6:30 PM at the Silver Spring Civic Center (SPRING ROOM). The purpose of this session is to hear the results of the County's Community Health Needs Assessment, as well as, share in a dialogue with others and the County representatives.
Many of you met with Healthy Montgomery to participate in the Community Conversation that was held in September 2015. Now, it's time for Healthy Montgomery to share the results of the Community Health Needs Assessment with us.
