On November 6th, we mark the end of our 25th anniversary with a grand finale performance: Kalanidhi@25. This dance retrospective follows the story of Kalanidhi Dance from a modest school with only six students, to a thriving institution and internationally renowned company making our mark on the dance landscape. Kalanidhi@25, premiering at Washington, D.C.s Lisner Auditorium, brings together time-tested favorites, unique collaborations, and stirring new choreography into an evening-length production.

Kalanidhi@25 features friends and artists from across the country to share in our on-stage celebration. Highlights include an exciting collaboration with noted Kuchipudi artists Sasikala Penumarthi and Kamala Reddy Rajupet, and a medley of Kalanidhis most popular pieces performed by Kalanidhi alumni. The finale closes with Why We Dance, an original work inspired by the words of Kalanidhi dancers.
