Redeye Menus Presents: Spanish Steps in the Wall

We are thrilled to announce our third event: a 6-course dinner blending beautiful Asian-inspired cuisine with a selection of Sherry wine pairings. #SpanishStepsintheWall will take place at the well-loved Arlington eatery, Water & Wall, by Chef Tim Ma. There will be one seating beginning at 7:00pm, guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, followed by a seated sumptuous dinner prepared by the celebrated Chef and his talented team. Each course will be paired with unique Sherry wines from the esteemed Valdespino Estate by Chantal Tseng.

We have long admired Chef Ma's inventive cuisine, and are excited to partner with him.

The dinner will begin with an arrival cocktail crafted by Carlie Steiner of Stir Bartending Co., and guests will proceed to enjoy a six-course tasting menu complete with sherry wine pairings with every course, and conclude with a departure cocktail. Jaime Gil, Export Director of Grupo Estevez of Valdespino will be on hand throughout the dinner to answer guests questions about the vineyard and their beautiful Sherry wine selections.
