AAHP: A Community Conversation with the County

The African American Health Program (AAHP), in partnership with Montgomery County African American, African, and Caribbean Advisory Groups, will be hosting a "Community Conversation" on Thursday, September 10, 2015 @ 6:15 PM - 8:45 PM. This is part of an effort, led by Healthy Montgomery, to gather information for the County's Community Health Needs Assessment.

This is an opportunity for individual residents to share their own expertise and opinions regarding health issues and services or gaps in health services in the County. We'd like to ensure that all, especially our Black residents in the County, have an opportunity to participate in a "Community Conversation" so that their voices can be heard, as well as, share in a dialogue with others and the County representatives.

Each session will last approximately two hours and refreshments will be served. Registration is required. The meeting is free and open to all.
