Jai Ganesh Kirtan benefit for Elephant Conservation.

Please join Olivia Vita, Wynne Paris and friends for a yoga and kirtan party with a purpose .. To support the conservation of Elephants and the work of Africa ASAP, a new conservation group developing airships for elepahants.

about the Musicians

"Olivia Vita is a growing kirtan/folk artist in the DC metro area. She began singing publicly as a child, and has continued throughout her life learning other instruments like guitar and harmonium. Olivia loves to share the medicine of music with friends whenever and wherever she can."

Wynne Paris is a yoga musician with one hand on a statocaster and one foot on a yoga mat. His Kirtans are influenced by Indian ragas, Jazzy rhythms and a spiritual eastern funkiness that invites call and response singing from the audience and the band alike.

We'll sing Kirtan and send our prayers to the Elephants, who's extinction seems imminent unless action is taken now.
As Yogi's, friends and conservationists, we can sing and chant and raise positive energy , and even call on Ganesh to help us.
Awareness is the first step to action.

but we will also make this a benefit action for Africa ASAP.org, a new group in Washington DC that uses airships ( dirigibles and aerostats ) as tools for conservation.

AFRICA ASAP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Their mission is to stop the poaching of African elephants, and other critically-endangered species, by providing long-term,
near-continuous aerial surveillance of the wildlife refuges where they live...
